Physiotherapy session at the Temsia, Agadir clinic

Personalized physiotherapy in Temsia, Agadir

Your care begins with a thorough assessment of functional limitations and pain areas. We design a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals — whether it's returning to work, resuming sport, or relieving chronic pain. Throughout your treatment, we work with commitment to help you resume all your normal functional activities.

What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy (also known as physical therapy) is a paramedical discipline that aims to prevent, assess and treat disorders of movement and bodily function. At Gouizine Clinic in Temsia (Agadir), our qualified physiotherapists combine manual therapies, targeted exercises and modern technologies to help you recover mobility, strength and quality of life — pain-free.

Conditions we treat

Our Agadir clinic welcomes patients for a wide range of conditions:

  • Back pain: lower back pain, upper back pain, sciatica, herniated discs
  • Neck pain and tension (remote work, trauma)
  • Shoulder: tendinitis, frozen shoulder, post-rotator cuff surgery
  • Knee: sprains, ACL injuries, post-surgical (ligament reconstruction, meniscectomy, joint replacement)
  • Ankle and foot: recurrent sprains, plantar fasciitis
  • Post-stroke rehabilitation and neurological disorders
  • Respiratory rehabilitation in adults and children
  • Postural disorders and muscular imbalances

How a session unfolds

Every care journey begins with a comprehensive assessment: medical history, clinical examination, joint and muscle evaluation. Houda or Noureddine Gouizine then designs a personalized treatment plan based on your condition, goals (returning to work, sports, pain relief) and lifestyle.

A session typically lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. The number of sessions varies — on average 5 to 20 sessions for complete care, at a rate of 1 to 3 times per week.

Techniques used

  • Manual therapies: joint mobilization, stretching, therapeutic massage
  • Therapeutic exercises: progressive strengthening, proprioception, balance
  • Electrotherapy and neuromuscular stimulation
  • Cryotherapy and thermotherapy
  • Postural and ergonomic advice

We also combine physiotherapy with other complementary treatments: therapeutic massage, laser therapy, pressotherapy and clinical Pilates.

Who is physiotherapy for?

Physiotherapy is for all ages: children, adults, athletes, seniors. Whether you're an office worker with back pain, an injured athlete, an elderly person who has had a fall, or a patient recovering from surgery, we adapt our protocols to your needs.
